Summary: Senior Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing multiple departments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requires strong operational oversight, process optimization, and strategic planning.

• Manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate activities across departments.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
