Lead the global strategy and execution of IT service adoption initiatives to ensure IT services are user-friendly, market-ready, and aligned with business needs. Drive ROI by implementing adoption strategies, lifecycle management, and Consumer Success programs, enabling seamless service consumption, improved user satisfaction, and optimized IT investments.

Key Accountability Areas
Global Strategy and Service Readiness
  • Define and lead global strategies to ensure IT services are market-ready, easy to consume, and supported with effective communication and training initiatives.
  • Develop adoption frameworks, best practices, and governance models to ensure consistency across regions and functions.
Adoption Strategy and ROI Management
  • Design and execute cross-functional adoption strategies to drive high service usage and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze usage data, and recommend service enhancements, replacements, or retirements based on adoption trends.
Consumer Success Programs
  • Establish and manage Consumer Success programs that enhance user satisfaction and promote self-service capabilities.
  • Implement industry best practices to create engaging experiences, improve service delivery, and strengthen IT-business alignment.
Marketing and Lifecycle Management
  • Lead IT service marketing efforts, including campaign planning, service positioning, and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle for IT services, ensuring effective planning, transition, and retirement strategies.
Performance Measurement and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for IT service consumption and adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure service performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Provide transparent reporting and recommendations to leadership to support IT investment decisions.
Role Accountability
  • Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
  • Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
  • Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
