We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT department and the strategic business units.

This role is essential in ensuring that our technological frameworks support and enhance the company’s operational capabilities and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to clearly understand their business needs and technology requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner for IT by delivering effective communication and insights regarding IT services and solutions.
• Drive the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that both departments work towards common goals.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of IT projects that add significant value to the organization.
• Oversee project management processes for IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Gather and analyze feedback from various business units to continuously improve IT performance and service delivery.
• Advise management on best practices for technology adoption and innovation aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor and report on service levels, ensuring that SLAs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver robust technology solutions facilitating operational excellence.
• Keep informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years specifically in a business relationship management role.

• Proven history of successful project management and team leadership within IT.
