Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Manager - HR Incubating Team to join our dynamic workforce.

This role will be essential in designing and implementing HR strategies that support the development of new initiatives and projects within Qiddiya.

The individual will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of creativity, adaptability, and continuous improvement as we embark on this exciting journey of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR incubating team in the development and rollout of HR strategies that support innovative projects and initiatives within the organization.
  • Facilitate talent acquisition efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to support new and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design tailored HR solutions that align with project objectives.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within project teams.
  • Drive performance management processes specific to the incubating projects, ensuring that team members receive constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of HR initiatives within the incubating teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing best practices in HR operations and project management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to build skills relevant to the unique nature of incubating projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while promoting a strong ethical workplace culture.
