The Manager – Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading, governing, and optimizing the organization’s business applications portfolio, ensuring all systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives. The role partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure business applications—including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, DMS, and BI platforms—are effectively managed, continuously improved, and future‑ready. This role oversees application governance, system enhancements, vendor management, integration strategy, and the overall performance and reliability of enterprise applications. It ensures that all enhancements, new systems, and technology decisions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and support strategic growth.
