Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Analytics & Advisory team at Marsh. This role will be based in Riyadh. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

In this position, you will manage actuarial and quantitative analysis projects, collaborating with both junior and senior staff to model and forecast risk and financial impact. You will play a key role in delivering regular claims analysis reports and presenting findings to clients, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage basic actuarial and quantitative analysis projects, guiding junior staff and collaborating on complex projects.
  • Deliver regular claims analysis reports in line with cyclical commitments, often under tight deadlines.
  • Present final reports and propose solutions to clients, incorporating input from senior staff.
  • Conduct peer reviews of junior staff analyses to ensure adherence to established standards and quality control.
  • Perform data analysis on complex projects using Excel or PowerBI, customizing models based on client needs and regulations.
  • Develop intellectual capital by researching regulatory requirements and updating modeling templates to enhance company offerings.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in actuarial science, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills for client engagement and presentation of findings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) sector or similar analytics and advisory services.
  • Familiarity with industry benchmarking and regulatory requirements.
  • A proactive approach to identifying business growth opportunities and networking within the industry.
