Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) is responsible for defining, governing and enabling best-practice Sales & Leasing standards across Qiddiya. The unit supports Sales & Leasing Operations by developing and managing policies, procedures, standardized documents, templates, tools and performance frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across asset classes. It oversees Sales & Leasing capability development through structured training frameworks and an online Sales & Leasing training academy and governs the Sales & Leasing customer journey in alignment with CRM, digital sales tools, experience center requirements and operational readiness. The PU also provides market intelligence, benchmarking and performance insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement within Sales & Leasing. The Manager – Data & Analytics is responsible for governing, developing and enabling Sales & Leasing performance insights across Qiddiya. Operating within the Business Excellence, the role provides data‑driven intelligence that supports performance monitoring, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and strategic decision‑making across Sales & Leasing asset classes (Residential, Retail, Office and Land). The role ensures that Sales & Leasing performance data, dashboards and insights are accurate, consistent, decision‑oriented and aligned with approved performance frameworks, standards and governance models.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Leasing BI Strategy & Governance: Define and govern the Sales & Leasing Business Intelligence strategy in alignment with Business Excellence and Performance Excellence frameworks.
- Establish data governance standards for Sales & Leasing performance data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, integrity and traceability.
- Act as the central authority for Sales & Leasing performance metrics, definitions and reporting logic.
- Performance Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop and maintain Sales & Leasing dashboards, scorecards and performance reports across asset classes.
- Ensure reporting aligns with approved Sales & Leasing KPIs, performance frameworks and leadership reporting requirements.
- Provide timely and actionable performance insights to Sales & Leasing and Business Excellence leadership.
- Performance Analytics & Insight Generation: Analyze Sales & Leasing performance data to identify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support Performance Excellence with analytical inputs for QA / QC, Mystery Shopper analysis, RCA and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
- Data Enablement & Integration: Work closely with CRM, Digital Sales Tools, Operations and IT teams to ensure reliable Sales & Leasing data integration and availability.
- Support the evolution of Sales & Leasing analytics capabilities, including automation and advanced analytics where applicable.
- Ensure alignment between system‑generated data and approved performance reporting standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Performance Excellence, VoC, Training & Capability, CX and Sales & Leasing Operations teams to ensure performance insights are contextualized and actionable.
- Support leadership presentations, performance reviews and governance forums with data‑driven insights.
- Continuous Improvement & Capability Development: Continuously enhance Sales & Leasing BI processes, tools and reporting efficiency.
- Promote data literacy and insight‑driven decision‑making within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit.
Qualifications
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Strong experience designing dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting solutions.
- Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Sales, Leasing, real‑estate, or customer‑facing operational environments.
- Exposure to performance management, QA, or continuous improvement environments.
- Arabic language capability (written and spoken).
