Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise CRM systems within the banking industry
• Skilled in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Banking processes, Integrations, Power BI, and Excel.
• Prior experience in managing CRM lifecycle, enhancements, and multi-channel integrations
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (SAMA, data privacy), system security, and effective reporting
• Experience in leading CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) development to boost engagement, managing implementation with vendors, and ensuring user adoption, UAT, and training.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum Practitioner, Customer Experience/ Digital Product Certifications (e.g., CCXP) would be a plus
