The Consulting department performs and manages engagements with stakeholders in the energy sector through leveraging KAPSARC’s distinctive thought leadership, expertise, solutions, and strategic partnerships. Consulting department aims to be the trusted partner for making lasting positive impact in the energy sector of Saudi Arabia.
The Consulting department has several openings for high-caliber professionals who have consulting experience, passion, or ambition to build up their knowledge on energy & sustainability topics, as well as develop their professional and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or any other related field. Master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred.
Experience & Knowledge & Skills
6+ years of relevant experience and proven track record of delivering client centric projects. Experience in the energy sector and/or consulting is highly preferred.
Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Experience with basic research and analysis, such as markets intelligence, economic and financial analysis, and drafting business briefings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working within a multicultural, multidisciplinary setting
A team player with the ability to inspire others.
Has a growth mindset, and a ‘cand-do’ attitude
Fluent in English (Arabic is not required but is preferred)
