Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Manager - Architectural Engineer within our Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the architectural integrity and functionality of our facilities, delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and visitors. The Manager - Architectural Engineer is responsible for overseeing the architectural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic quality of all built assets across Qiddiya’s theme and water parks. This role ensures that architectural elements meet operational requirements, safety standards, and brand guidelines, while supporting maintenance, renovations, and lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural assessments of park facilities, ensuring compliance with design standards, safety codes, and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with FM, civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated building performance.
  • Review and validate as-built drawings, architectural documentation, and renovation plans.
  • Provide technical guidance on finishes, facades, signage, and guest-facing structures.
  • Support asset lifecycle planning by identifying architectural components requiring refurbishment or replacement.
  • Coordinate with Development & Delivery during handover of new assets to ensure architectural readiness.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks for architectural works and repairs.
  • Recommend design improvements to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s brand identity and thematic design principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably in large-scale entertainment, hospitality, or public infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, finishes, and design coordination.
  • Experience in facilities management environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
