Job Description: We are seeking a Managed Services Pre-Sales Engineer who will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet our clients’ managed services requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT services and infrastructure, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to define customer needs and tailor managed services solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and technical evaluations to support prospective clients during the pre-sales phase.
  • Develop and present customized proposals, including detailed technical outlines and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pricing models and ensure competitive pricing for managed services offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders remotely or in-person.
  • Engage in RFP responses and manage the technical aspects of proposal submissions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in managed services.
  • Support clients in understanding the benefits and ROI of our managed services through effective communication.
  • Assist in the knowledge transfer to implementation teams for successful project handover after a sale is closed.
  • Provide training and support for the sales team to enhance their understanding of managed services capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales role for managed services or IT solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services frameworks.
  • Experience in creating and presenting solution proposals and RFP responses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
