At the role of Managed Services Lead you will oversee and deliver high-quality IT managed services for our clients. The successful candidate will be a Saudi Arabian citizen with strong project management expertise and at least 5 years of experience in managed services, service delivery, or related IT fields. This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence to ensure seamless delivery of services aligned with contractual obligations and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of managed services projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery of IT services in alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
  • Manage service contracts, vendors, and client relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of managed services teams, ensuring service reliability and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the managed services team.
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance, risks, and improvement plans for senior management and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, ITIL frameworks, and technology trends to improve service offerings.
Requirements
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site role)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managed services, IT service delivery, or similar roles
  • Proven project management experience; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus)
  • Experience managing client relationships, SLAs, and service contracts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in Arabic and English
  • Ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
  • Technical background in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise IT services is an advantage
