Job summary

A leading construction company in Riyadh is seeking a qualified medical professional to provide healthcare services to employees. The ideal candidate will deliver first aid, maintain health records, conduct health checks, and promote health awareness. Required qualifications include a degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position is based at the factory clinic with possible shift work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and primary medical care for work-related and non-work-related cases.
• Assess employee health conditions and refer serious cases to hospitals or clinics when required.

• Monitor chronic health conditions among employees and guide them on proper follow-up.
• Conduct regular checks for workplace hygiene and health-related practices.
• Support health awareness activities and promote preventive health measures.
• Manage medical supplies, check stock levels, and ensure proper storage and expiry monitoring.
• Participate in emergency response and ensure readiness during any incident.
• Prepare routine health reports as required by management.
