Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on Malayalee cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional Malayalee cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Malayalee dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer demands.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
• Create new menu items and suggest improvements to existing dishes.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
