Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians specializing in automatic entrance gates, sliding doors, shutters, and barrier systems. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of various automated access control systems across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain automatic gates, sliding doors, boom barriers, roller shutters, and access control systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults in automation units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of motors, sensors, control panels, and safety devices.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and replace defective parts as required.
• Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and spare parts usage records.
• Support commissioning and testing of new systems during handover.
• Perform periodic inspections and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Follow workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company and client policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in maintaining automatic gate and access systems.
• Hands‑on experience with control wiring, PLC-based systems, and automation sensors.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and motorized mechanisms used in gate systems.
