Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on beam pumping units. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, assisting with tool management, and ensuring all equipment is serviced and in good working condition. The ideal candidate will support lifting activities under supervision and is expected to maintain documentation for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembly, installation, and dismantling of beam pumping units.
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, belt inspection, brake checks, and fastener torque verification.
• Execute corrective maintenance tasks such as bearing R&I, counterweight adjustments, wireline replacement, and SPM changes.
• Support alignment, balancing, and guard installation activities.
• Assist in rigging and lifting activities under direction of Lead Technician and Crane Operator.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete assigned job documentation and checklists.
• Track the usage and inventory of all equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment is serviced and kept in good working condition.
• Manage consumable products ensuring workers have necessary products and tools for safe operations.
