Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in firefighting and fire alarm systems maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems, control panels, and firefighting pumps.
• Complete quarterly, semi-annually, and annual maintenance reports.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with NFPA codes and relevant safety standards.

About the Company: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and preventive and reactive maintenance on firefighting and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure system health and compliance.
• Assess system conditions and identify required repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems, control panels, and firefighting pumps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Complete quarterly, semi-annually, and annual maintenance reports.
• Purchase materials, spare parts, and equipment from the market when required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with NFPA codes and relevant safety standards.
• Support project team when there isn’t any planned maintenance visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in firefighting and fire alarm systems maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting pumps, and NFPA codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Competence in troubleshooting and repairing fire alarm control panels.
• Valid driving license with ability to travel to sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Required Skills
