Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
To support the continuous operation of facilities by performing general maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring all systems and equipment remain functional, safe, and in good condition.
Key Accountability Areas
Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical areas.
- Address daily maintenance requests and support operational needs across departments.
Preventive maintenance
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend asset life.
- Identify potential issues during routine checks and take corrective action.
Repair and installation support
- Assist with the installation and repair of facility systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Report major repair needs or hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor for escalation.
Inspection and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and tools.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and resolve them efficiently and safely.
Tools and materials management
- Maintain proper usage and storage of maintenance tools and materials.
- Report shortages, damage, or equipment issues in a timely manner.
