Job Purpose: Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly / monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
- Analyse and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORPs equipment, plants and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
- Utilise SAP system computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in preparing developing and measuring Contractors Key Performance Indicators.
- Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
HSE
- Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules.
- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Required
- Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience of refinery maintenance.
- Nationality: Any.

Technical Skills
Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
