In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing maintenance strategies to enhance the performance and reliability of oil and gas equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for oil and gas operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align maintenance activities with production requirements.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive best practices.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and spare parts.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, records of equipment status, and monitoring metrics.
  • Support technical training and development of maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance planning, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ideally SAP or similar software.
  • Experience in shutdown planning.
