The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for formulating, implementing, and overseeing maintenance strategies to ensure the effective operation of critical equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operational teams to synchronize maintenance tasks with production activities.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and reduce operational downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to support maintenance efforts.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff on maintenance best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in planning and scheduling, such as Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (CPSP) or similar certification.
  • Experience in shutdown planning
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS and SAP for maintenance scheduling and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate maintenance data and performance.
