We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in Jeddah/Saudi Arabia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing maintenance programs that maximize the availability and productivity of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

This is an ideal possibility to lead maintenance with precision and purpose. Your job tasks will include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies across the plant.

  • Review mechanical and electrical engineering specifications to ensure alignment with operational needs.

  • Evaluate new equipment designs for reliability, maintainability, and spare parts availability.

  • Collaborate closely with production teams to align repair work, safety inspections, and equipment supply with production schedules.
    Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure seamless integration into operations.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 5 years Managerial experience in Maintenance in Chemical Company.

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Post graduation in Electromechanical Systems is an advantage)

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and an ability to assess technical designs and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

  • A hands‑on leader with good team building abilities who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments.

  • Background in overseeing laboratory facilities and equipment.

  • Experience with ISO standards.

  • Working knowledge of ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Software.
