Responsibilities

Role Overview
To lead technical training and capability development for our maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering others, enhancing technical skills, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Training & Development
  • Design and deliver structured training programs for maintenance technicians.
  • Conduct hands‑on workshops and classroom sessions on equipment, troubleshooting, and safety.
  • Develop competency matrices and track individual progress.
Technical Expertise & Support
  • Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Assist in developing SOPs and maintenance manuals.
Capability Building & Coaching
  • Identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans.
  • Mentor team members to improve technical confidence and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Promote best practices and a proactive maintenance mindset.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification logs.
  • Report on training effectiveness and team performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations to align training with business needs.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, instrumentation, or mechatronics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within FMCG or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience in technical training or team development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with CMMS and training tools.
