Job description
About Nami

Nami is the first M&A platform purpose-built for SMEs in Saudi Arabia and MENA. We bring an institutional, confidential process — powered by modern technology and professional deal workflows — to help business owners exit safely and help buyers access quality opportunities.

We’re building a new model for how M&A is done for SMEs — combining technology, human insight, and trust.

The Role

We are hiring an M&A Relationship Associate to join our founding team and manage the heartbeat of Nami — the seller and buyer pipelines. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone with M&A or corporate finance experience who wants to grow in a fast‑scaling startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seller Onboarding & Success
  • Conduct onboarding calls with SME owners and guide them through Nami’s process and documentation.
  • Prepare and refine investment teasers and deal briefs (financial highlights, rationale, anonymized profiles).
  • Educate sellers on confidentiality, valuation benchmarks, and readiness requirements.
Buyer Relations & Deal Flow
  • Manage relationships with qualified buyers — including family offices, strategic acquirers, and funds.
  • Coordinate NDAs, distribute teasers, and organize buyer–seller meetings.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities and communications in CRM (HubSpot).
Deal Execution Support
  • Support transaction flow from NDA → LOI → Due Diligence → Closing.
  • Manage document flow between buyers, sellers, and advisors through data rooms.
  • Liaise with legal and financial advisors to ensure smooth execution.
Represent Nami Professionally
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for both sellers and buyers.
  • Clearly articulate Nami’s strengths — confidentiality, process discipline, and technology‑driven efficiency.
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, consulting, or SME advisory.
  • Solid understanding of M&A fundamentals (EBITDA multiples, NDAs, LOIs, earn‑outs, SPAs).
  • Strong communication in Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills — able to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, data rooms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • A relationship‑driven mindset and ability to build trust with SME owners and investors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Timely follow‑up and response to buyer/seller queries.
  • Growth and quality of deals added to Nami’s active pipeline.
  • Monthly successful deal progressions (NDA signed, LOI issued, deal closed). Seller satisfaction and retention rate across active listings.
Bonus & Growth
  • We operate a performance‑based bonus framework, rewarding tangible results such as deal progress, pipeline quality, and successful transaction support.
  • High performers will have opportunities to expand their responsibilities as the company grows.
Why Join Nami
  • Be part of a founding‑stage team shaping the future of M&A in KSA and MENA.
  • Gain exposure to real transactions across healthcare, retail, industrials, and tech.
  • Work directly with experienced founders from investment banking and private equity backgrounds.
  • Shape the evolution of a tech‑enabled investment banking platform from the ground up.
  • Remote‑friendly culture built on trust and performance.
