Job description

To complement our team in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

Overview of responsibilities

• Advise our premium customers on the phone and by email in Arabic and English.
• Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant, club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa / fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
• Prepare tailor‑made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing.
• Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities.

Requirements

Your Profile

• You have excellent language skills in professional Arabic and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework).
• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service.
• Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
• Are service‑oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.
• Have excellent communication skills.

• Are available on a full‑time basis (40 hrs per week).

Work Guidelines

• Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Please note this is a position that requires you to be working from office 5 days a week.
