Job summary

A luxury hotel brand in Umluj, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced F&B Administrator to support the Food & Beverage Department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, at least 2 years of relevant experience within a luxury hotel or resort, and outstanding communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B administration within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and presentation.
  • Experience in pre-opening is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the F&B Department.
  • Prepare monthly staff attendance report for payroll clerk.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance operational procedures in the Hotel.

Skills

Outstanding communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook

Education
