Established in 2018, we offer innovative solutions to enhance our clients' success. We are currently seeking a LOTO Coordinator with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Lockout–Tagout (LOTO) procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate and oversee all energy isolation activities in accordance with company safety policies.
• Maintain LOTO registers, permits, and documentation for all ongoing and completed isolations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of LOTO practices at the worksite.
• Train and guide supervisors, technicians, and operators on LOTO compliance and safety protocols.
• Verify the authenticity and functionality of all LOTO devices, tags, and locks.
• Ensure proper communication between operations and maintenance teams before and after isolation.
• Report non-compliance, unsafe practices, or incidents to the HSE Manager immediately.
• Support continuous improvement of site safety culture and compliance.
• Oversee the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on LOTO procedures and best practices.
• Review and update LOTO procedures and documentation regularly.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess and mitigate risks related to equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of LOTO activities and incidents.
