Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventing and investigating losses, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees, and assets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prevent losses due to theft, shoplifting, and other forms of shrinkage.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of suspected losses, gathering evidence and collaborating with law enforcement as needed.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security measures to detect and prevent losses.
  • Apprehend and detain individuals suspected of shoplifting or other forms of theft, following company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports of incidents, investigations, and losses, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Work closely with store management, security teams, and law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate losses.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
