The Role

The Logistics Operations Lead is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day execution of logistics activities across warehousing, inventory management, dispatch, transportation, and shipment coordination.

This role will lead frontline logistics teams while coordinating closely with freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs brokers. The focus is on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant movement of materials and finished goods, while proactively resolving delays, errors, and operational bottlenecks.

The role plays a key part in maintaining service reliability, enforcing operational discipline, and supporting continuous improvement across logistics and distribution operations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong practical logistics experience gained within manufacturing, industrial, building materials, or high-volume distribution environments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Solid experience across warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch
• Hands-on exposure to freight forwarding and customs documentation processes
• Proven ability to lead and supervise logistics teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport partners
• Strong problem-solving capability and comfort handling operational escalations

Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC markets is highly advantageous. The role requires someone who is execution-focused, resilient under pressure, and comfortable working close to the operation.
