Job Purpose

To manage and support end-to-end logistics activities by coordinating order processing, inventory movement, and shipment preparation. This role ensures timely and accurate execution of internal requests and customer orders while maintaining effective communication with production and warehouse teams.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Monitor and follow up on open picking lists to ensure accurate and timely preparation of materials.
  • Order Status Reporting: Regularly update and track order statuses across all stages, including: entered, picked, staged, dispatched, and delivered.
  • Internal Requests Handling: Organize and process material withdrawals based on departmental requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely fulfillment.
  • Export Shipment Preparation: Generate accurate picking lists for export shipments using the SAP system, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics
  • Relevant logistics or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
