The responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator among others will include :

  • Monitor the distribution of goods from warehouse to customer; communicate with customers, guide them through the process of transportation of goods, prepare and process all relevant documentation, etc.
  • Perform warehouse administration activities.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers and achieve individual client satisfaction at all times by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Participate in reverse logistical functions including acquisition, distribution, delivery, recycling, or final disposal of goods.
  • Assist with continuous improvement activities related to supply chain and logistics processes and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have :
  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field will be desired.
  • Up to two (2) years of experience in Logistics will be desired.Previous experience in Distribution Services or Warehousing will be considered a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS office and good working knowledge of the English language.
  • SAP knowledge will be a plus.
