Job Purpose

The Supervisor – Executive Chauffeur Services is responsible for overseeing a team of VIP Executive Drivers and dispatchers to deliver impeccable, world‑class transportation experiences to high‑profile clientele. This role focuses on operational excellence, driver performance, vehicle readiness, and client satisfaction. The Supervisor ensures adherence to company standards for safety, appearance, etiquette, and service quality in alignment with our premium brand image.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of Executive Chauffeur Drivers.
  • Conduct daily operational briefings and ensure strict adherence to schedules, grooming standards, and service protocols.
  • Perform regular performance assessments and provide coaching to maintain a high standard of service.
Operations & Dispatch Oversight
  • Ensure timely and efficient deployment of chauffeurs based on bookings and real‑time dispatch plans.
  • Optimize route planning to balance punctuality, safety, and client comfort.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date roster of driver assignments, availability, and shift rotations.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Conduct regular audits of vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and onboard amenities.
  • Perform random ride‑alongs and client follow‑ups to verify quality and gather feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on privacy, discretion, etiquette, and luxury service delivery.
Training & Development
  • Onboard new chauffeurs and provide training on standard operating procedures, high‑end client service, and safety practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence through regular mentoring and refresher training.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle utilization, driver hours, Fuel/Electricity Consumption and incident reports.
  • Submit weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), client feedback, and operational challenges.
  • Flag maintenance issues and ensure prompt service and upkeep of fleet vehicles.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, VIP requests, or service incidents.
  • Coordinate logistics for VIP events, corporate delegations, and airport transfers.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery under time‑sensitive or sensitive scenarios.
Qualification
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in luxury transportation, VIP logistics, or fleet supervision.
  • Previous experience supervising professional drivers or managing chauffeur services is highly desirable.
  • High school or diploma.
  • Valid driver’s licence; chauffeur or defensive driving certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
  • Additional language skills are a plus, particularly those frequently used by international VIP guests.
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience using fleet management systems, GPS route optimisation tools, and digital dispatch platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire frontline staff.
  • Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of high‑net‑worth individual (HNWI) expectations.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and tactful communicator.
  • Crisis Management: Calm and effective under pressure or during service disruptions.
  • Organisation: Strong time management, planning, and documentation abilities.
