Qualifications

  • Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required).
  • Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred, especially in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills.
  • Positive attitude and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests enjoying our pools, beach, and water facilities. Your presence and attentiveness will help maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages.
