Overview

We are looking for a Level 2 Support Security Engineer to assist with theoperations of one of our primary customers. The candidate will be required to support and troubleshoot various technologies in networks, cybersecurity, and systems infrastructure.

Main Duties

• Provide Level 2 support for operational issues across network, security, and system environments.


• Track and resolve infrastructure elements of application delivery, threat intelligence, SIEM, and vulnerability management.


• Escalate appropriate complex issues and work with the internal/external teams.


• Follow proper incident handling procedures and ensure compliance and documentation.

Skills

Qualifications

• Must be aSaudi national.


• 3–5 years of IT support, network, or security operations experience.


• Solid understanding of system administration, security technologies, and networking protocols.


• Capability to support operations in dynamic and highly available environments.


• Hand on experience in Firewalls ( Palo Alto , FortiGate , ….)


• Hand on Experience in ISE Server and NAC Solutions


• Hand On experience in SIEM Solutions and end point security ( Trend Micro , Seclore , Tenable , …)
