We are seeking a skilled and qualified legal counsel based in KSA to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and provide support and guidance to the legal department and the company.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and support on legal issues related to the operations of the company.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on laws and regulations.
• Staying updated on changes in the laws and regulations.
• Interpreting contracts and advising business lines and functions on contractual responsibilities.
• Assisting in developing and implementing legal strategies to assess and mitigate legal risks, working closely with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and minimizing legal exposure.
• Supporting the legal team and working effectively with the general counsel and external counsels of the company.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in law from a leading and reputable institution with minimum 10 years’ experience in the MENA region.
• Ability to multitask and work with different stakeholders of the company.
• Fluent Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
