Responsible for administering and managing contracts, to spearhead the process by which contracts are consolidated and created. work with the rest of the company to ensure contracts move quickly and smoothly from creation to negotiation to execution.

Accountabilities
  • Perform risk analysis review for all contractual documents and recommend mitigating options to solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company.
  • Understand the Company objective in order to identify risks, develop solutions, mitigation and negotiation strategies.
  • Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Provide required support to team members and colleagues by providing advice and guidance relating to contract generation.
  • Apply knowledge in legislative requirements and skills in project management to bring success in the company.
  • Follow on trademarks (renew-registration) in order to protect the company Trade Marks.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

  • Indoors: 90%
  • Outdoors: 10%
  • Working Days: 5 Working Days
  • Days off: 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Requirement
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree; master’s degree in law is preferred.
