Responsibilities
- Supervise the development and implementation of general management policies, goals, and procedures.
- Develop business plans for the entity’s objectives in alignment with its strategic goals.
- Ensure the alignment of plans, policies, and procedures with the business transformation strategy and the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to set performance indicators, organize main KPIs, and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee allocations and dedicated resources for sectors and provided services.
- Take responsibility for budget distribution across departments in line with the general management budget.
- Ensure compliance with legal practices and procedures aimed at protecting the organization’s interests.
- Monitor the organization’s regulations and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and other relevant systems.
- Review contracts and agreements with external parties to ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies.
- Provide legal consultations regarding regulations, disputes, complaints, and legal matters, including drafting opinions and recommendations.
- Participate in awareness campaigns to enhance compliance with legal obligations within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations and systems.
- Professional certification is preferred.
- Time management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to use relevant technologies and software applications.
- Strong competencies in legal compliance, systems and process implementation, problem solving, consultation and guidance, and strategicfocus.
