In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of e-learning content and blended learning solutions
