Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning, Development & Quality Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our organization's learning initiatives while ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across all operations.

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Analyze training effectiveness and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement in both learning initiatives and operational processes
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training technologies to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training outcomes and quality performance to senior management
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and quality management
