Job summary

A leading company in the Makkah Region is seeking a Learning and Development Officer who will support the day-to-day operations of the learning and development function. The role includes coordinating logistics for training programs, supervising training sessions, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for all learning programs.
  • Prepare and send training invitations and track attendance.
  • Supervise training sessions to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Assist in planning and delivering induction programs.
  • Track progress and maintain data records.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support across all development programs.
