A leading hospitality company is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join the pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating training programs, managing learning logistics, and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and has at least 1 year of relevant experience, possesses strong administrative skills, and is passionate about learning and growth.

We are seeking a Learning Coordinator (Saudi Nationality) to join our pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. In this role, you will assist the Learning & Development Manager in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Learning Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and culture of care.
The Learning Coordinator will support the implementation of training programs, coordinate learning activities, manage administrative tasks, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and colleague engagement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Learning & Development Manager in the daily operations of the Learning Department.
Coordinate logistics and communication for training sessions, workshops, and colleague engagement activities.
Assist in maintaining learning records, reports, and attendance databases.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new colleagues.
Contribute to the coordination of social and recognition events within the hotel.
Handle departmental administrative tasks, correspondence, and document filing efficiently.
Serve as a point of contact for learning-related inquiries from colleagues.
Demonstrate Hyatt’s purpose and values by creating an environment that fosters growth, care, and collaboration.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or Training Coordinator role within a hotel or large organization
Previous experience in operational hotel roles is an advantage
Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
Passionate about learning and development, with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within Hyatt
