About the Role

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. L&D Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to, identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Designing e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements.
  • Maintaining updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Researching and recommending new training methods, like gamification.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders including managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions.
  • Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments in learning and development by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
Qualifications
  • Education: Business Administration/Human Resource Management.
  • Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 8.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • License and Certificates: CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
