Job summary

A leading company in the Makkah Region is seeking a Learning and Development Officer who will support the day-to-day operations of the learning and development function. The role includes coordinating logistics for training programs, supervising training sessions, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the learning and development function.

This role ensures that all learning activities run smoothly from planning and coordinating to execution and follow up. In addition to managing the learning and development logistics, the learning and development officer will contribute to the company's broader talent and development programs includng internship, co-op, and postgraduate development programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for all learning programs such as pretraining communication, venue or virtual set up, and post training duties.
  • Prepare and send training invitations and tracking attendance.
  • Supervise taiing sessions to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Assist in planning and delivering induction programs for new joiners and internship programs.
  • Track progress and and maintain data records.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support across all development programs to ensure consistent and engaging experiences.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Communication Skills in both Arabic and English.
