Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience leading water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• PE license or equivalent registration in GCC or internationally recognized equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine duties under supervision and applies standard engineering techniques.
• Conducts walk-downs and inspections to ensure conformance with designs.
• Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
• Provides technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
