Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of total Utilities unit experience.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in refinery's utilities.
• Experience in water desalination and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews of existing Utilities.
• Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports.
• Provide hands-on support for performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with facility engineers to identify cost optimization.
