We’re looking for a Marketing Partnerships Lead to join our Riyadh-based marketing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Communications, Creative Strategy, Experience and other cross-functional teams to develop and activate high-impact marketing partnerships across Saudi Arabia.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape Snapchat’s presence in one of our most exciting and fast-growing markets, building on a strong foundation of meaningful partnerships and an engaged community of Snapchatters.

This position reports to the Head of MENA Marketing, based in Dubai.

What you’ll do
  • You’ll partner closely with the Partnerships team to identify, shape, and activate high-impact collaborations that deliver mutual value for Snap and our partners.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
  • You’ll manage co-marketing activations and creative campaigns that highlight Snapchat’s value to partners and audiences.
  • You’ll develop impactful pitch decks, case studies, and marketing materials that articulate the value of Snap partnerships and inspire new opportunities.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal and external creative partners to deliver high-quality content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely approvals.
  • You’ll develop and implement scalable distribution plans that align with our brand positioning and those of our partners.
  • You’ll establish measurement frameworks, analyze results, and continuously refine initiatives based on insights and ROI.
  • You’ll manage budgets, purchase orders, statements of work, and internal alignment with Legal, Policy, and Compliance to ensure smooth delivery.
  • You’ll maintain strong relationships with partner teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and shared success throughout every stage of the partnership.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing marketing programs or brand activations within a brand or agency environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Travel required for events as needed

  • Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles, showcasing strong business acumen and successful execution of co-branded marketing activities.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Skilled collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams and seniority levels.
  • Confident negotiator and communicator.
  • Excellent project and program management skills with a focus on outcomes and operational rigor.
  • Ability to independently drive projects from strategy to execution.
  • Creative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing events, creative production, and marketing content.
  • Passion for Snapchat and the power of creativity!
