Job summary

A multinational industrial company in Dammam is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Electrical & Automation to manage maintenance operations and ensure equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, strong knowledge of PLCs, and be able to lead a team of technicians in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in electrical schematics and safety practices is vital. This position does not offer relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and delegate tasks to technicians.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
