Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing facilities and infrastructure performance.
• Forecast future demand and supply scenarios, including shifts in market dynamics, population demographics, or regulatory changes.
• Evaluate the impact of emerging technologies and sustainability practices.
• Develop conceptual designs and scopes for new projects or upgrades.
• Work on facilities planning which often leads Business Master Plans and supports Facility Master Plans.
• Ensure that all relevant data and perspectives are integrated into the plan and aligned with priorities and resource allocation.
• Perform cost‑benefit analyses.
• Compare alternative solutions to determine the most efficient and sustainable path forward.
• Present data‑driven recommendations to support decision‑making at critical milestones.
• Schedule regular updates (typically every 3–5 years depending on the plan type).
• Revise plans in response to major changes in assumptions, such as new market conditions, regulatory shifts, or technological advancements.
• Ensure the plans remain relevant and actionable over time.
