Job summary

A leading transportation solutions provider is seeking an experienced Overhaul Leader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will manage the overhaul processes for rolling stock, lead a team of technicians, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 5–7 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance, and strong project management skills. Fluency in English is essential, with French or Arabic preferred. This position offers a dynamic work environment with diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance.
• At least 3 years in overhaul leadership.
• Experience with Alstom trains or similar OEMs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the overhaul process and develop RACI chart.
• Lead the execution of overhaul activities across all train components.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
