Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

  • Manage and direct all electrical engineering activities for large‑scale projects
  • Develop and implement electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for electrical systems
  • Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all electrical work
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in electrical engineering practices
  • Manage resource allocation and budgeting for electrical engineering projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale industrial or commercial electrical projects
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, engineering principles, and design software
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and mentoring
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standards
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian electrical regulations and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisive decisions and provide visionary leadership in complex project environments
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required for project sites
